Salih Dellal entered the commodity trade sector in 2007 and has since gained nearly 18 years of experience working with multinational companies in foreign trade operations and chartering departments. He is well-versed in the execution of international trade contracts for a range of agricultural commodities, including grains, pulses, cotton, oilseeds, and vegetable oils, under major trade associations such as GAFTA, FOSFA, and ANEC.
His core expertise includes commodity contract negotiation, dry bulk chartering, charter party management, laytime calculation, and the handling of letters of credit. Salih is a Supporting Member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (MICS)
Currently accepting appointments as a qualified arbitrator under the rules of the Grain and Feed Trade Association (Gafta Rules 125 & 126), the Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations (Fosfa), and the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA).
